Courses are suitable for anyone interested in exploring how meditation can help with the stresses of everyday life. Mindfulness is also very helpful for people living with long-term health concerns such as obesity, chronic pain, anxiety and depression.

Courses are structured over nine weeks, one evening per week, from 7pm – 9.15pm with one full practice day  (10am – 4pm), usually on a Saturday. The first session serves as an introduction to the  course. Participants are asked to make a commitment to a daily home practice for the duration of the course. There is no religious content.

 

I offer courses at suitable venues around Essex, most recently in Wivenhoe. I will be running another course in that area from September ’16. In January 2017, I will be offering a course in the Saffron Walden area.
