  • My psychotherapy practice is based in the centre of Saffron Walden
  • I completed my UKCP psychoanalytic psychotherapy training in 2003.
  • Until recently, I was the senior psychological therapist in an NHS specialist pain service.
  • I have a diverse range of influences in my work and don’t think of any one therapy model as the best in an unqualified way.
  • I try in my work to respond in a meaningful way to the current climate crisis.
  • I make a strong commitment to ethical practice as a therapist.
  • I have studied contemporary forms of cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT) at Oxford and Bangor universities.
  • I have a post-graduate qualification in mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT).
  • I have trained in acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) to an advanced level.
  • I will complete an MA in Philosophy with the Open University in 2020.
  • I have a degree in History from the University of London.
